Machine Learning Research Engineer
Welcome! I'm a Machine Learning Research Engineer at Apple working at the intersection of multimodal foundation models, self-supervised learning, and large-scale representation learning. I graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with an M.Eng. and B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering, and a B.S. in Mathematics.
My work focuses on building models that combine language, vision, and time series data to create AI systems that learn continuously and reason safely. My contributions, spanning the pre-training of foundation models for wearable sensors to the design of image-text interleaved supervised fine-tuning and RL-based post-training pipelines, have helped power personalized health features on billions of devices.
I'm passionate about advancing next-generation LLMs that are grounded, persistent, and action-capable, and I enjoy collaborating on bold directions in foundation models and intelligent systems.
